These Terms and Conditions govern your use of Jot Mojo, an AI-powered SMS note-taking service. By opting in and using Jot Mojo, you agree to these terms.

The Service

Jot Mojo allows users to save, organize, and retrieve personal notes by sending SMS messages to our designated phone number. Notes are processed using artificial intelligence and stored securely in our database.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use Jot Mojo. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission to use the service.

Opt-In and Opt-Out

Opting in
You may opt in to Jot Mojo by visiting jotmojo.com and submitting your phone number with consent, or by texting START to our designated number.

Opting out
You may opt out at any time by texting STOP to our number. You will receive a confirmation message and no further messages will be sent. Texting HELP will return instructions on how to use the service.

Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your usage. You will receive one reply per message sent.

Message and data rates
Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan. Jot Mojo does not charge for the service itself, but your carrier may charge for SMS messages.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use Jot Mojo only for lawful personal productivity purposes. You agree not to:

AI-Generated Content

Jot Mojo uses artificial intelligence to process your messages and generate replies. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated responses may occasionally contain errors. We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI-generated content from Jot Mojo. You are responsible for verifying the accuracy of any information retrieved through the service.

Data and Privacy

Your use of Jot Mojo is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available at jotmojo.com/privacy. By using the service you also agree to the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Jot Mojo, including its name, logo, and underlying technology, is the property of Jot Mojo. Nothing in these terms grants you any right to use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.

The notes and content you submit remain your property. By submitting content to Jot Mojo, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely for the purpose of providing the service.

Disclaimers

Jot Mojo is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that:

You use Jot Mojo at your own risk. We strongly recommend maintaining your own backup of important information.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Jot Mojo shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of notes, or service interruptions.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jot Mojo and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these terms.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by sending an SMS to your registered number. Continued use of Jot Mojo after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Williamson County, Tennessee.
